ZR-KC-HA-FFP 2*1.5熱電偶補償(chang)導(dao)線(xian)由(you)壹定(ding)數量的對絞式補(bu)償線(xian)對或屏蔽(bi)補償(chang)線(xian)對絞合(he)成(cheng)纜，然後(hou)包覆(fu)屏蔽(bi)層、護套、鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)層等。其中(zhong)各(ge)補(bu)償線(xian)對的型(xing)號(hao)、規(gui)格(ge)、級(ji)別和(he)結構(gou)尺(chi)寸壹(yi)般是相同的，當有特殊要(yao)求(qiu)時(shi)，亦可由不同的補(bu)償(chang)線(xian)對組(zu)成(cheng)補(bu)償(chang)電纜。

補償(chang)線(xian)對均(jun)采用(yong)絞合(he)型式，屏蔽(bi)層按(an)材料(liao)可(ke)分(fen)為銅線(xian)或鍍錫(xi)銅線(xian)編織屏蔽(bi)、鋁(lv)塑(su)復合(he)帶繞(rao)包屏蔽(bi)、銅塑(su)復合(he)帶繞(rao)包屏蔽(bi)、銅帶繞(rao)包屏蔽(bi)，按(an)結構(gou)可(ke)分為“總屏蔽(bi)”和(he)“分對屏蔽(bi)加總屏蔽(bi)”的型(xing)式(shi)，可根(gen)據防幹擾(rao)的要(yao)求(qiu)選用(yong)。

Ⅰ. Characteristics and application

It is stranded with a certain number of twisted extension wire pairs or shield extension wire pairs, covered with shield layers, sheathed and armoured layers. The type, specification, class and structure sizes of extension wire pairs are generally same. When a special requirement is given, the cable can also be formed by different extension wire pairs.

There are many kinds of shield for twisted extension wire pairs such as copper wire or tin plated copper wire braid shield, composite aluminium-plastic tapes wrap shield, composite copper-plastic tape wrapped shield, copper tapes shield,　“general shield”　and　“sub plus general shield　”. It is possible to select the shield according to requirements of interference prevention.

Extension Cable is used to extend cold clamps of thermocouple and connects them with instruments, which forms temperature-testing system.

Extension Cable used in thermocouple for intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature testing system consists of multiple-pairs of extension wire. In that case, the characteristics of the cable are just the same as those of the wire used for intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature testing system.

Intrinsically safe extension cable extends cold clamps of explosion-proof thermocouple for a certain distance to connect instruments, which forms intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature-testing system.

三、ZR-KC-HA-FFP 2*1.5熱電偶補償(chang)導(dao)線(xian)使用(yong)特性(xing)：

　1．電纜高長期工(gong)作溫(wen)度(du)：

　　　　耐熱級：氟塑(su)料200℃和(he)260℃兩(liang)種；

　　　　普(pu)通(tong)級(ji)： 聚(ju)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)70℃和(he)105℃兩(liang)種，交(jiao)聯聚(ju)乙(yi)烯90℃，無鹵低(di)煙阻(zu)燃(ran)聚(ju)烯(xi)烴70℃(交(jiao)聯型90℃和(he)125℃)。

　2．電纜低(di)環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)度(du)：

　　　　聚(ju)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)等絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套：固(gu)定(ding)敷(fu)設－40℃；非固(gu)定(ding)敷(fu)設－15℃；

　　　　氟塑(su)料絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套：固(gu)定(ding)敷(fu)設－60℃；非固(gu)定(ding)敷(fu)設－20℃。

　3．電纜安(an)裝(zhuang)敷(fu)設溫(wen)度(du)：

　　　　聚(ju)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)等護套電(dian)纜不低(di)於0℃；

氟塑(su)料護套電(dian)纜不低(di)於－25℃。

　4．電(dian)纜允(yun)許彎(wan)曲半(ban)徑(jing)：非(fei)鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)、聯鎖或編織鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)電(dian)纜應(ying)不小於電(dian)纜外(wai)徑的6倍(bei)；
